Precautions and maintenance
1. Ensure the use of a safe voltage of 220V . Do not turn on the machine if the voltage is unstable; it is recommended to use a voltage regulator. Never operate the machine without grounding. The ground wire of the laser power supply must be connected to earth and must not be connected to doors, windows, water pipes, or other such facilities. The ground wire should be run to the outdoor ground.
2. Do not operate the cutting machine in an environment with humidity greater than 50 %.
3. After each startup , it is necessary to check whether the water chiller is dispensing water. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without dispensing water.
4. The water temperature should be around 25 degrees Celsius. If the water temperature is too high, the circulating water should be replaced. It is best to use purified water for the circulating water, ensuring the water is clean and free of impurities. Change the circulating water regularly.
5. Do not put your hands into the work area while working. Operators must not leave the work area unattended to avoid unnecessary losses.
6. The reflector and focusing lens should be wiped with professional camera lens paper or medical cotton swabs soaked in a mixture of alcohol and ether (ether and alcohol in a 1:1 ratio). This should generally be done once a week. All parts of the machine and the user's computer must be reliably grounded to prevent equipment damage and static electricity injury.
7. Do not adjust the current while the device is in operation.
8. Always turn on the fan during operation to prevent contamination of the lens and focusing lens. Flammable and explosive materials must not be placed near the equipment to prevent fire.
9. If the cutting machine has been working continuously for three hours, it must be stopped for half an hour before restarting.
10. It is strictly forbidden to rotate any unrelated total or diffuse reflection objects in the equipment to prevent the laser from shining directly on the human body or flammable materials.
11. When the temperature drops below 0 degrees Celsius in winter, be sure to drain the water from the laser tube and replace it with antifreeze to prevent the laser tube from freezing and cracking.
12. If any abnormal phenomena such as no light or coordinate system collision are found during operation, the power should be cut off first, the fault should be eliminated, and then the machine should be turned on again.
13. Do not disassemble or repair the machine without authorization or have it repaired by unauthorized personnel.
14. The guide rails should be cleaned regularly. Wipe the rails with guide rail oil.
15. Apply even pressure when using the buttons; do not strike them forcefully to avoid damaging them.
Users must strictly abide by all the above terms; otherwise, the manufacturer will not be responsible for any personal injury or damage to the machine.
16. When using an air compressor, it is best to connect an oil-water separator to remove the oil and water contained in the compressed air and prevent the focusing lens from being damaged by oil and water.
