Chiller Precautions

Jun 01, 2026

Refrigerator usage precautions:

1. It is best to use purified water or deionized water; purified water is the minimum standard.

2. Change the water inside the refrigerator once a month.

With rising temperatures, it's time to change the water in your laser equipment! 1. If you previously added antifreeze or alcohol, thoroughly drain the system, clean the cooler, and then replace it with distilled or purified water. 2. All antifreeze is corrosive; do not use it for extended periods to avoid serious damage. Corrosion can damage the internal water system of the laser, cutting head, and cooler. 3. Poor water quality and failure to change the water regularly will damage your equipment. Change the water frequently, ideally once a month.

Clean the cooler and check the filter. Keep the water system clean. 5. In May, when willows are green and catkins sway in the wind, pay special attention to cleaning the cooler to prevent blockage. 6. Do not place any items around the cooler, as this will affect heat dissipation! The cooler needs frequent cleaning; use clean compressed air to clean the heat sink and other components. 7. High temperature, insufficient water flow, and poor heat dissipation can cause the laser to overheat and malfunction. For users with installed air conditioning systems, ensure the dehumidification mode temperature is around 25°C. Additionally, be aware of potential condensation in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

If you encounter any problems during use, please contact our after-sales service department directly. We are happy to answer your questions.
