Description:
Small CCD laser cutting machine is compact visual positioning CO₂ laser equipment developed for small-size contour cutting and trademark automatic cutting demand. Built-in high-definition industrial CCD camera and intelligent visual recognition system, the machine can automatically capture printed outlines, patterns and mark lines on materials without manual input of drawing coordinates, realizing one-click auto layout and cutting. Adopting solid mini integral frame, the whole machine occupies small floor space, convenient for desktop placement and small workshop flexible production. Non-contact laser cutting avoids material extrusion deformation; matched blowing and smoke removal structure guarantees clean cutting edge without scorch or burr. Equipped with stable CO₂ laser source and precision transmission parts, the equipment runs smoothly under long-time intermittent work. Intelligent vision control cooperates with Ruida main control system, supports edge searching, auto nesting and batch continuous cutting, greatly lowering operation difficulty for inexperienced workers.
